misapprehensions asks:
I actually once tried to read the Bible, then I had to stop because of all the hypocrisy and contradiction, and it was beyond me how people could believe in it all; a woman even tried shoving a Jesus leaflet down my throat whilst I was in town today, and when I rejected it she then went on to tell me how "Jesus is coming" and I’ll “burn in hell”.
Anyway, I think you're an amazing woman, and with all that you do in life, I wish you great success and I know you’ll go on to achieve all your hopes, dreams and aspirations, and in the process will also inspire others to follow theirs. I’m utterly thankful for your existence as you’ve inspired me and taught me just through looking at 12 pages of your other blog to be comfortable in my own skin. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate your wisdom, your individuality and your selflessness. You’re truly a remarkable woman, beautiful like words cannot describe and I wish you the very, very best in life, because you deserve it.
GAR answers:
I completely agree, the Bible just made me rage and facepalm. I’m pretty sure I had a hand-print on my forehead by the end of it. Thank you so much!
