I’ve never had any doubts, and my primary reason for this is because so many religions exist, along with 2000+ deities. What are you going to do, believe in all of them just to make sure? I’m pretty certain that you wouldn’t even be able to remember all of the names, let alone take the time to stroke their ego on a regular basis to ensure your place in Heaven/whatever else may be on the cards depending on the religion/deity. (Also it’s primarily Yahweh and Allah who want their egos stroked and can be jealous children, which is why the majority think of these two when they do have doubts or fear about the after-life.) Scare tactics are clever, and in a sick sense I salute whoever was behind the Bible and Quran and started the snowball of insanity, because they certainly know how to control people who aren’t strong enough to think for themselves. Don’t live your life in fear like a lot of religious people do. We have one amazing, beautiful life. If anything, this is Heaven, all you have to do is look around and pay attention to how magnificent the world is, it just isn’t eternal (thankfully) and you have to put effort in to make it blissful for yourself.
